We take pride in the quality and value of everything we offer. Returns must be in new, saleable condition for an exchange or credit. Pharmaceuticals, books, software, video/audio tapes, CDs, and special orders are not returnable. We do not accept any medication or other product that is injected, poured on, or used orally for return.
All returns must be made within 30 days of original invoice date and must be accompanied by receipt. Shortages must be reported within 5 business days following delivery.
If you need to return an item, call first to obtain authorization. Then ship merchandise back to us via UPS or parcel post. Inside the package, include your name, address, daytime telephone number, and the original receipt. WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.
