This thermometer is used for larger animals and gives a clear digital reading. It comes in a plastic storage case. The larger the probe on the thermometer the more accurate the reading will be. This probe measures at 5 inches. The reading takes 10 seconds or less to give a reading. There is also a wrist band which aids in less hassle.
